Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

1.1 Professional Services

We provide advisory and representation services for enterprises. Details of each engagement are outlined in a separate agreement.

1.2 Informational Product

We offer digital guides and reports. Access is granted after full payment and delivery is immediate.

1.3 Goods

We sell legal reference materials in physical form. Availability and shipping terms are detailed at order.

2. Fees and Payment

All fees are set forth in the applicable agreement or order form. Payment methods are indicated on the invoice. Services commence once payment is completed in full.

3. Reimbursement and Reschedule Policy

3.1 Professional Services

Clients may request to reschedule a service with at least 48 hours notice. If a service has not commenced, fees may be reimbursed upon written request. Once substantive work has begun, fees are non-reimbursable due to the allocation of time and expertise.

3.2 Informational Product

Given the nature of digital delivery, all purchases are final. No reimbursements are available once access credentials are issued.

3.3 Goods

Clients may request a reimbursement within 14 days of receipt for defective items. To initiate, contact us via our contact form. After inspection, defective items will be collected at our expense and eligible reimbursement processed within 30 days. Non-defective items may not be reimbursed but may be replaced with similar items subject to availability.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by LexEntrex is protected. Clients are granted a limited license for internal use only and may not reproduce or distribute materials without prior consent.

5. Liability

We provide services with reasonable care. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential harm.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches material obligations and fails to remedy within a reasonable period.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
